  • 摘要: 文中阐述了长输管道采用SCADA系统冗余结构的设计要求, 既要保证系统的安全可靠, 又要达到经济合理, 使设备冗余恰当。同时介绍了一般冗余结构的五种类型及其优缺点。作者对东黄复线SCADA系统冗余结构的设置情况, 作了较详细的说明, 认为其设计是好的。冗余结构的设计是一项综合性的技术问题, 应引起领导和工程技术人员的高度重视。

     

    Abstract: The paper explains the designing requirement for the adoption of redundant structure of SCADA system on the long distance pipeline. It means either system's safety and reliability should be realized or its economy and rationality should be reached, so that redundant equipment would be suitable. At the same time, it introduces five patterns of general redundant structure and their advantages and disadvantages. The author has made an introduction in detail for the installation of redundant structure of SCADA system on Dongying-Huangdao Parallel Oil Pipeline and has considered that the system design is fine. The design of redundant structure is a complexed technique and should be highly attracted the attention of leaders and technical engineers.
