Preliminary Inquiry into the Regular Pattern of Corrosion of Buried Pipeline

  • 摘要: 本文论述了埋地输油管道虽然采用阴极保护防腐,但在运行后发现尚有少数管道发生了腐蚀穿孔。究其原因是管道后期发生的腐蚀与初期施工质量差、阴极保护没有与管道埋地同期投入运行密切关系。文中提出有关“管中管”保温工艺的管道腐蚀是一个新的课题,目前的阴极保护方式及测量方法有待探讨。

     

    Abstract: The paper descrides such case that there had been buried oil pipeline being corroded and pierced after operation even with the adoption of cathodic protection. The reason for such case is that the corrosion of pipeline at late period of operation would have a close relation with the poor quality of construction at initial period, and that the cathodic protection was not being applied together with buried pipeline at same time. Thus, the paper points out that the pipe corrosion of pipe-in-pipe thermal insulaton technology is a new topic to be discussed and that the present cathodic protection method and the way of measurement are to be inquired.
