Research and Test on Weatherproof Breather Valve

  • 摘要: 原使用的轻质油储罐防火呼吸阀, 由于结构缺陷, 不宜使用于寒冷地区储油罐上。文中叙述了以新型全天候呼吸阀替代了老式68-1A型防火呼吸阀, 结构的改进和新材料的选用, 使阀盘的接触面结构形式由硬接触改进为空气垫软型接触, 达到了防冻裂及严密封的目的, 防止了油气的泄漏确保安全运行。本文对阀的各参数测试作了介绍。

     

    Abstract: For deficiencies of its structure, the previous breather valve with fire protection is not suitable for installing on light oil storage tank at cold area. In the paper, it has been described that the new weatherproof breather valve replaces the old 68-1A breather valve with fire protection and that the improvement of structure and the adoption of new material make the surface contacting form of valve seat improving from its hard structure contact to its soft air seat contact, so that the purpose of frozen crack provention and close seal being achieved, the leakage of oil and gas being provented and the safety of operation being assured. The paper also introduces all data tests for the valve.
