  • 摘要: 文章指出: 长输管道输油耗电是输油成本中的主要组成部分。介绍了东黄线电费的构成，并对如何搞好榆油耗电的经济分析和如何抓好节电工作提出了建议和措施。

     

    Abstract: The paper points out that power consumption of long distance oil pipeline is a main component part of operation cost.It introduces composition of power cost and makes suggestions and measures on how to do a good job in economic analysis of power consumption for pipeline operation and how to grasp the work of power saving.
