Design and Practice of Grounding Pole in the Test of Restarting Pipeline Contained Gelled 0il by Way of DC Electric Heating

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了直流电加热法在解凝试验中的应用,给出了接地板电阻的计算公式、结构形式及土壤电阻率参数的选择原则。通过一次解凝6.5km的凝油管道的实践和实地测试数据,表明该方法技术上可行,为处理长输管道防堵解凝事故开辟了一条新路。

     

    Abstract: The article introduces DC electric heating method adopted in the lest of restarting pipeline contined gelled oil and puts forward the calculating for mula of grounding pole resistance, its structural patten and the selecting prineiple of soil resistivity parameter。Based on the practice and the field testing data for a 6.5km gelled pipeline, it has been proved that this method is applicable in technique and sets up a new way for dealing with restarting long distance pipeline contained gelled oil.
