Field Practical Test of Viscous Oil Transportation in Fluid Ring State

  • 摘要: 文中介绍了稠油井集输管线上进行水环输送的现场试验及由试验摸索出正常运行和长期停输后再启动的操作规程, 验证了适合于水环输送的最佳条件和应用范围。结果表明在掺水8%~20%的条件下, 能形成长期稳定的水环, 获得较明显的减阻效果及经济效益, 从而证明了水环输油工艺可在短距离管线上安全而又高效地输送粘稠油品。

     

    Abstract: The article introduces the field test of fluid ring transportation carried on viscous oil gathering pipeline and the operation procedure of restart in normal operation and after long time shutdown based on the test. It has verified the optimum condition and the practical range for fluid ring transportation. The result shows that there is a long-turm stable fluid ring in state of 8-20 % water mixing, so that resistance reducing effect and economical efficiency have been obviously enhanced. Thus, it has been approved that the fluid ring transporting technology can transport viscous oil safely and effectively on the short distance pipeline.
