Tochnical Research on Polarization Treatment of Polyethylene Internal Pipe Wall

  • 摘要: 文章提出了一种极化处理的工艺方法, 解决了聚乙烯泡沫夹克管中聚乙烯管与聚酯泡沫之间粘接力小的难题。同时对极化处理机理研究中的一些问题进行了较为详细的用途。指出聚乙烯的表面粗糙度、表面张力、分子之间的引力等是提高复合性能的关键, 而提高分子之间引力的途径者是在聚乙烯表层分子结构中导入极性基团。

     

    Abstract: The article puts forward a processing method of polarisation treatment and resolves the problem of less bondness between polyethylene pipe and polyarethane foam in polyethylene foam jacket pipe. Meanwhile, it sets forth its position on some questions in the mechanism research of polarisation treatment in detail. It points out tnat it is fundemental to increase the compound character of polyethylene surface roughness, surface tensile stress and attraction among elements, etc, and that the way of increasing attraction among elements is putting polar group into the elementary structure of polyethylene surface.
