海底管道牵引铺设过程中管壁与基土间摩阻力试验研究

Experimental Research on Resistance between Pipe Wall and Foundation Soil in the Process of Submarine Pipeline Towing and Laying

  • 摘要: 在感潮段牵引铺设海底管道, 掌握管壁与基土间的摩阻力特性十分必要。本文针对我国各海岸区滩感潮段的土质特点, 以细砂, 轻亚粘土和海淤泥三种典型土, 测定了三种管径(ϕ325mm、ϕ529mm, ϕ720mm)沿轴向牵引时的摩阻力特性和下沉深度, 并用1:1管道模型分别取得了有价值的试验结果, 为条件类同的管道工程设计和施工提供重要的参考依据。

     

    Abstract: In towing and laying submarine pipeline at flooded zone, it is necessary to know the resistance characteristics between pipe wall and foundation soil. Based on the characterisics of soil quality at flooded zones offshore in China, the paper has determined the resistance characteristics along axial towing and tne sinking depth for three pipe diameters (325 mm, 529 mm and 720 mm) with application of one to one pipeline models. Thus, the valuable testing results have been achieved seperately and the important basis could be provided for the reference of pipeline engineering design and construction in similar condition.
