Researches in the Nationalization of X60 (529mm × 8 mm) Line Pipe

  • 摘要: 通过实验，将国产WX60钢管和SGH-1低氢型立向下焊焊条与日本X60钢管和LB-26VU低氢型立向下焊焊条所形成的环焊接头的力学性能比较，认为X60(ϕ529×8)输油管道可以国产化。

     

    Abstract: The experiment shows that X60 (529 mm × 8 mm) line pipe can be nationalized with the comparison of mechanical performance of welding joints which are formed by the Chinese WX60 line pipe and SCH-1 down-hill low-hydrogen welding electrode and by the Japanese X60 line pipe and LB-26VU low-hydrogen welding electrode.
