Abstract: The reeovery of light ends from crudes burned as fuel in pipeline heater is described. Based on the practical crude consumption in oil pipeline heater, the au-thor reccnmended four procedures for light ends recovery. It is shown that, if these procedures are practised, it will rccover 95.6×10³ tons of oil per year and make 64 million yuans clear profit per year.
