埋地钢质“管中管”类长输管道阴极保护状况分析

Engineering SurveyS of Gathodic Protection of Buried Steel Pipeline in Pipe-in-Pipe Form

  • 摘要: 文章肯定了“管中管”保温结构的优越性和特点。国内在采用该技术时,由于配套技术和施工质量存在问题,使埋地管道出现严重腐蚀现象。笔者在实地考察的基础上,从三方面详细地分析了“管中管”腐蚀环境对管道腐蚀及阴极保护效果的影响。文章呼吁: 应采取必要的应急措施,尽快改变目前“管中管”类长输管道被严重腐蚀的局面。

     

    Abstract: The advantages and characteristics of pipe in pipe type thermal insulation are described. In China, there were corrosion problems arised by this type therma1 inSu-lation for lack of well matched coating application techniques and quality control system. Based on the field examinations, the influence of corrosive environment upon the effectiveness of protective coatings and cathodic protection are discussed. Hence, the emergency measures are necessary to resolve the corrosion problems.
