Calculation of Thrust Forces of Fixing Blocks on Pump Station Suction and Discharge Lines

  • 摘要: 文章指出SYJ14-85“长输管线线路设计”中有关固定墩的计算公式不能用于泵站进出口管道固定墩的推力计算。在分析了泵站进出口管道固定墩的受力状况后,提出了简化计算模型,推导了管道的挠曲线方程及其中9个待定量的解析式,进而给出了该工况下固定墩的计算式。文末还列举了实例,编制了计算机程序,并用有限单元法验证了本公式的正确性。

     

    Abstract: This review shows that the formula specified in SYJ14-85 is not suitable for calculating thrust forces of fixing concrete blocks on pump station 8uction and discharge lines。The analysis of stress 8tate of fixing blocks enable to simplify a ealcu1a-tion model and to set up an equation of pipeline flexure containing nine unknown. A computer program is developed and calculation examples are given. The r esults show good agreement with finite element method and demonstrate the effectiveness of this new formula for better thrust caIculation.
