密闭输送工艺的突破—铁秦线实现多泵站密闭输送

A Breakthrough in Tight-line Operation in China

  • 摘要: 文章指出铁秦线实现密闭输送是我国输油工艺的重大突破。通过试验和研究, 对水击理论(水击波、水击压力等对输油工况的影响)进行了探索。文中还结合设备特性的测定、事故工况的控制与调节、安全保护和计算机监控措施等进行模拟研究和试验验证, 并编制和开发了与之配套的通用软件。实践证明, 该系统的设计是成功的。

     

    Abstract: The development is described in of the tight-line operation in Tieling-Qinhuangdao pipeline which is a breakthrough pipeline operation in China. Based on the field tests and theoretical studies, the effect of transient flow and surge pressure on the pipeline operation conditions are analyzed.
