某炼油厂海滨码头及油库工程设计

The Engineering Design of The Dock and The Coastal Oil Tank Farm for Refinery

  • 摘要: 本文对某炼油厂海滨码头工程设计作了技术总结。详细介绍了该项设计中码头、油库、中距离输油管线三部分的设计特点。在吸取国内已建码头经验的基础上,本设计具有如下特点: (1)码头型式为引桥岛式码头,外侧靠船,引桥宽度在既满足车辆通行又考虑安全生产的前提下定为4 m; (2)原油和汽油装卸采用输油臂; (3)在分析码头、引桥、油轮火灾起因、火源机率及燃烧危害程度的基础上确定码头和引桥以泡沫瓶,手推泡沫车及空气泡沫炮组为主,油轮以自救为主,(4)正确处理了码头、油库、炼油厂三者之间的关系,设施合理。

     

    Abstract: A technical summary of the coastal dock engineering design for a refinery was introduced in the paper, the design features of three parts, dock, oil tank farm, medium distance pipeline were introduced in detail. On the hasis of dock construction experience the points of the design are as follows: (1) the type of dock is type of island, the outside is for ship mooring, the bridge approack is 4 meters in width with the consideration of vehicle passing and safety production.(2)loading arm is applied for loading and unloading of crude oil and gasoline. (3)the foam bottles, foam handcart, and air foam gun group are for dock and bridge approach fire protection, based on the analysis of fire cause in doack, bridge approach, and oil ships, the oil ships are mainly applied self force for fire protection. (4) the relation among the dock, oil tank farm, and refinery are correctly treated, the devices are resonable.
