Feasibility study of disuse of hot-oil-spray heating system in storage tank at initial terminal of Zhongluo Pipeline

  • 摘要: 文章结合中—洛输油管线的生产实际，对取消首站原油罐热油喷洒加热系统进行了有益的试验和探讨。经过4年多的实践，摸索出一套取消该首站原油罐热油喷洒加热系统的技术方法。实践证明，该方法是可行的，并取得了每年节约能耗折合节约费用7.5万元的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Details are outlined of disuse hot-oil-spary heating system based on the field practice at an initial terminal of Zhongluo pipeline. Following the initial tests during 4 years, a technical measure is established. The technical measure is feasible, and affords a saving of 75 thousand yuan per year.
