输油管道可变速泵机组的最佳控制方案

Optimal control scheme for variable speed pumping units of oil pipeline

  • 摘要: 本文考察了从泵到泵输油管道的可变速泵机组的现行控制方法,指出了它们的缺点和不足,进而推出一种新的控制方案。该方案既能满足稳态控制和瞬态控制的不同要求,又能与水击增压速率调节装置相配合对水击进行控制。文末,该方案用计算机作了动态模拟。结果表明,这套方案是正确的,合理的,可以保障输油安全,提高了输油系统的经济效益,且能使输油工况平稳、调节自动化。

     

    Abstract: The paper presented the rusults of a study to evaluate various exsisting control scheme of variable speed pumping units for tight operation of pipeline. The defects and insufficiencies of these scheme are reviewed, A new control scheme to apply in both steady and unsteady state is introduced, and it can suppress waterhammer in combination with wavespeed regulating devices. The results of a computer dynamic simulation show that this scheme is resonable and accurate. It provides an effective means of smooth operation and automatic regulation for pipeline.
