Multi Combination Test Probe System for Buried Pipeline Cathodic Protection-Research and Application

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了用于地下管道阴极保护效果评价的多功能测量探头的结构及其现场使用结果。这种阴极保护多功能测量探头具有能够测量阴极保护通电保护电位Uon; 电位测量中的IR降断电保护电位Uoff; 阴极保护电流密度ip; 管道的自然电位Ucorr; 通电时的电位负偏移ΔUon; 断电时的电位负偏移ΔUoff; 管道的腐蚀电流密度icorr等功能,是阴极保护测试中比较理想的测量仪器。

     

    Abstract: A study is reported in which the design features and field results of a multi combination test probe system were discussed to evaluate efficiency of buried pipeline cathodic protection. The system is useful in measuring current"on"protection potential(Uon), IR drop in pipe-to-soil potential, current"off"protection potential(Uoff), current density (ip), corrosion potential(Ucorr), potential drift at current"on"and"off"(ΔUonand ΔUoff) and current density(icorr)。The instrument is ideal for pipeline corrosion test.
