  • 摘要: 本文使用自行研制的管式静态石蜡沉积装置测定了不同处理条件下濮阳原油的静态暗沉积特性和对应条件下原油的凝固点。发现濮阳原油经添加剂(EVA)处理后,其石蜡沉积特性和流动特性的变化趋势不一致。石蜡沉积强度的抑制效果,严格地取决于原油处理条件和油品温度。提出应探索新的评价管输含蜡原油处理效果的标准。应能根据管线的温度条件,综合考虑含蜡原油的石蜡沉积特性和流动特性两项指标,从而选择最优的原油热处理温度、化学添加剂类型和添加浓度。

     

    Abstract: The performance of wax deposits both in static and dynamic conditions and the pourpoint of PuLing crude at same conditions are evaluated using a tubular apparatus.It is found that after the crude is treated by additive"EVA", there is a difference in changes of the deposition and flow characteristics.That is, the depressant effects on wax deposits strength strictly dependent on treating Condition and temperature of crude oil.The necessity for establishing a criterion is emphasized.In making the criterion, account must be taken of both deposition and flow characteristics based on pipeline temperature for selecting optimum thermal treating temperature.
