  • 摘要: 当原油降凝剂达到一定数量后,降次剂在蜡析出时便与其中的绝大部分共晶,混合晶体在生长过程中为极化了的降凝剂分子集团所包围,蜡晶改进达到了相对稳定的状态。小于这个量可引起原油流变的急剧变化,大于这个量则不会再引起原油粘度和凝点的大幅度下降。据此,作者捉出了最佳始注入量的概念。这对于在注入量的筛选中加快这度将起到良好的作用。

     

    Abstract: When the treatment levcls of wax crysial mnodifier in Crudes are higher than cerlain level, It will coxrystolize with wax ciysials, In ihe growth process, mixcd eocrystals will be surrounded by polarized molecular groups and the sgstems will fall into saturation. Therefore, the rheological belavior will change. But, if trealment levels are lowor than this, the viscusity and pour point will not significantly reduce. Occordingly, the author establishs a guideline of optimal initial treatment level which will be useful to make good choise of treatment level for a givea wax crystal modifier.
