摘要: 本文将全国油品综合运输网络作为一个独立系统，建立了以油品综合运费为目标函数的数学模型，并对其求解方法进行了讨论。对应用此数学模型求解在2 000年新疆原油加工与外输的长远规划中最佳方案作了简要介绍。与手工规划相比，应用该数学模型具有明显的时间和经济效益。

Abstract: A mathematical model is proposed for consideration the integrated oil transportation network as an independent system, It can optimize the total transportation cost as the objective function in the model.The mothod of solution is discussed The optimal results obtained by the model for pipelining crude oil or product from Xinjiang to eastern China in 2000 are discussed.
