Some Causes of Error in Measurements of Pipe-to-Soil Potentials and How to Eliminate Them

  • 摘要: 文章指出,目前国内对于管道阴极保护方面的论述多侧重于电位测量中的IR降,对其它影响因素注意的不够。笔者认为,IR降只是阴板保护电位测量的诸多误差之一,防腐工作者必须从测量技术着手,深入开展以消除IR降为目的的测量误差的研究工作。本文还着重就测量中的误差因素予以了简介,并就识别误差的来源、采取相应的措施以限制误差到最小程度等方面作了提示。另外也指出纠正不当的操作方法也可减少测量误差。

     

    Abstract: In China, there were many reports relative to the cathodic protection which more frequently discussed the IR drop in pipe-to-soil potential measurements than other factors.It is demonstrated IR drop is only one of the sources of error, It is important for operator to master the measuring techniques, do intense resarch for eliminating IR drop.A hint is given the objective of which is to identify the sources of error and minimize errors. In addition, working techniques for measuring procedure is given t0 minimize errors.
