Estimation of Energy Consumption Index in Normal and Opposite Direction Transporting

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了当输油任务不足时为力求使管线维持在允许最低安全输量下运行,以减少反输量,因而根据具体情况而不得不采取正、反输运行方式的输油管线,其生产能耗指标的測算方法及程序。在计算式中时Am、Bm及Cm三系数值的确定,作者以秦京输油管线为例,推算求得(见表)。作者认为:虽然正反输运行方法下输油生产能耗指标的测算比单向稳定输油方法麻烦,但本文所述测算方法,借助于计算机,可以方便、迅速进行。可提供给能耗定额的编制者参考。

     

    Abstract: Estimation methods and programs on energy consumption index in production are introduced, it is special for the pipeline on which transporting in normal or opposite direction in order to maintain the lowest allowed throughput, reducting the transportation amount in opposite direction. The determination of coefficients Am, Bm, and Cm in formulas is based on the operation of Qinjing Pipeline (see table). The author concluded that the estimation methods described are easy and convenient with the help of computer although the indexes for both direction transportation is more troublesome than that for simple direction transportation, the data obtained may be provided a reference to compile energy consumption quotas.
