The Feasibility Study of Replacement of Crude Oil with Residuals in Heat Transpotation on Crude Pipeline

  • 摘要: 目前我局原油管道年实际耗原油量超过32万t, 为了改进热输工艺的能源结构,提出在有条件的热泵站逐步推行以渣油代替原油作燃料的设想。通过渣油和原油的物性对比,指出这一设想在技术上是可行的。鉴于燃烧渣油后换油方式多种,文中分析了三种提油方式(热泵站建拨头装置、等热值交换方式、原油代料加工方式)的利弊,按照不增加原油消耗计划指标为前提,指出等热值交换方式最好。考虑到我国现行的经济政策,提出了一系列经济措施,并以大庆原油为例,预测了这一技术的综合经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The annual consuption of crude oil at present in our Bureau is over 320 thousand ton. In Oder to inprove the energy structure in heat transportation technology, a consideration has been presented which is gradually use of replacement of crude oil with residuals at heating and pumping station if possible. It is practical theough the comparison of physical properties between crude oil and residuais. In view of variety of oil taken in the paper the teatures of different methods of oil taken (installation of simple distillation devices, equal heat macc exchange, crude oil processing) are analysed, the best way is oil taken according to the equal heat value method in accorddance with the principle of crude oil consuption not being increased. Based on the consideration of current economic policy a series of economic methods are stated and the economic benefit are predicted if Daqing oil taken as an example.
