立式金属油罐凹瘪原因浅析

The Preliminary Analysis of the Concavity of Vertical Metal Tank

  • 摘要: 金属轻油罐因气温突变及管理不善等原因引起油罐罐内超负压,使罐顶承受相当大的大气压力,而造成油罐凹瘪现象,严重影响了油罐安全。本文根据多年生产经验,详述了引起油罐超负压的原因及各地油罐凹瘪的事例,并以某5 000m3地上拱顶金属柴油罐为例,计算了油罐超负压的数值及维持罐内外压力平衡所必需的空气呼吸量。针对老式机械呼吸阀存在的问題,提出了改进意见。强调指出在气温较高,罐内空间较大情况下,加强油罐的操作管理尤为重要。

     

    Abstract: The light oil metal tank results in the concavity phenomina because of excess negative pressure, caused by the sudden change of air temperature and bad management, which impose on the tank roof a considerable atmosphere pressure. It affects severely the tank sfety. On the basis of experiences during operation years, the article details the causes which make tank in excess of negative pressure, provides examples from tanks at various locations. An example is a vault tank on ground with 5000 m3, numeric values of excess negative pressures and the inspiration amount which is necessary for ballance of inside pressure and outside pressure of tank. The improvement is suggested pointed at the trouble of mechanical inspiration valves. The operation management are emphasized under the condition of high air temperature and the tank with large free space.
