The Technology Design of Oil Loading System with Pressurized Vessel

  • 摘要: 气压罐式加(灌)油系统是一种利用罐内气体的压缩性和液体均匀传递压力特性实现油泵后闭自动控制的工艺设施。它适用于间歇作业频繁,供油强度不均衡,无自流条件,供油量大的油库(加油站)作业。并具有加(灌)油压力平稳、水击压力小、自控简单、运行经济、维护方便等优点。本文介绍了这一系统的工艺流程,气压油罐的工作原理及罐容确定方法,气压油罐液位调整及补气充压的方法,自控装置(包括缓冲装置)的构成与自控原理,对设计和使用这一系统有较好的参考价值。

     

    Abstract: The oil loading system, the type of pressurized vessel is a device which on-off control of oil pump is manipulated by using the feature of compression of gas inside the vessel and even pressure transmission of liquid. It is adapted for the oil base operation of frequently interval manipulation, non-oven supply intensity, no flow by gravity, great supply. The advantages are stable in loading pressure, small in pressure surge, simple on autocoatrol, economic, easy to mainlenance. The article introbuces the technology system, operation principles of pressurized vessel, determination of vessel volume, level control, inflation method, configuration and principles of control devices (the buffer devices included), which give reference to design and operation.
