东黄复线热媒炉的调试与投产

Adjusting and Commissioning of Heat Agent Heater on Dong-Huang Looped Pipeline

  • 摘要: 本文以安装在东营至黄岛复线上的C-E NATCO热媒炉为例,介绍间接加热炉的系统组成及技术性能,间接加热的工艺流程和就地控制,智能逻辑控制单元I2R控制、MECA微机控制的原理、显示及报警参数、程序框图等。通过C-E NATCO加热炉在东黄线上的运行和调试,介绍了热媒炉系统的启动、停炉顺序,平流式火焰燃烧器的结构及调节原理和加热炉的维护内容及使用经验。

     

    Abstract: The article, took as an example the C-E NATCO heat agent heater mounted on the pipeline from Dong Ying to Huang Dao, introduces the system configuration and features of indirected heater, technology system indirected heating, local control, I2R control of intelligence logic controlunit, control prineiplos, display and alarm parameters of MECA microcomputer. Through C-E NATCO heater operation and adjustion on Donghuang pipeline, the procedures for start up and shutdown of heater, structures and control principles of parallel flame burners, maintenance and operation experience and introduced.
