Flowrate Estimates of Pipeline Effeciency on Yufo Gas Pipline

  • 摘要: 本文从生产实践出发,以渝佛输气干线的管道参数、输气气质及运行数据,归纳出用于混合摩擦区的新的经验公式。并以此计算值与渝佛输气干线的实测值比较,发现误差在2 %左右,且不超过5%。而威莫斯、潘汉德、全苏近期公式的计算值与实测值比较误差均较大,一般在25%~80%之间,个别达到90%。指出新的经验公式能够作为混合摩擦区的计算公式,可用于生产经营、新管线的设计计算、判断管线是否需要清扫及发生漏失的地段。

     

    Abstract: A new empirical equation for tuburence flow was concluded with transporting parameters, gas qualities and operation data baged on the production operation on the Yufo gas trunk pipeline. The comparison of calculating values from the new equation and measuring values from the Yufo pipeline brought about 2 percent of error, up to 5 percent percent of the maxmum, Comparison of-measuring values and calculation values from Weymouth, Panhandle, and recent All Soviet formula brought the common error betweeen 25 percent and 80 percent, individuel error up to 90 percent. The author indicated that the new emperical formula can use as calculating formula for the flow region of mixed friction, adapting for business managment, design calculation of new pipeline, prediction of pipeline purge, and detection of leakage.
