Research on Analysis of Elastic Deformation and Stability Condition in the Range of the Anchor Section on Buried Pipeline Heating Transportation

  • 摘要: 长距离埋地热输管道的最大轴向力发生在锚固段内。实际上在许多当量应力超过屈服限的锚固段内并末发现明显的强度破坏现象, 这表明设计强度还有潜力可挖。文献〔1〕提出“约束度”的新概念, 意义深远。本文则通过弹性变形定量分析的基础理论, 从另一方面探讨了锚固段的强度潜力问题, 共同为管道设计的经济效益提供参考意见。

     

    Abstract: The maximum axial force on long distance buried pipeline heating transportaion takes place in anchor section. The strength destruction phenomina wasn't apparently found in practice as the equivalent stress frequently exceeds the yield strength in an anchor section, which indicated that the design strength is of potential. The new concept of "constrain degree" presented in reference 〔1〕 is significant.The primary theory in the paper through quantitative analysis of elastic deformation, from the other point, probes into the stess potential in anchor section, provides together reference to the economic benefic on pipeline design.
