Abstract:
The aim of the paper is to evaluate the technology and economic feasibility of interval transportation, aimed at a pipeline with not full capacity running crude oil contained wax, on the basis of laboratory test by adding pour point reducing agent. The heat history in laboratory was simulated as stopping running on pipeline, both the heat conduction formulas and the Tugunow analysis method were resolved by differential method, the temperature reducing process was preliminary calculated in the period of stopping running, the hydraulic calculation was conducted on the fluid, which are divided three parts, pseudo yield plastic fluid, pseudo plastic fluid, and Newtonian fluid, the yield stress must be over if the fluid is psedo plastic one, It can be preliminary predicted that the interval transportation is practical as long as 100 ppm of additive is added, and 150 thausand Yuan of saving an year is expected.
