Actual Stress Measurement and Analysis of 100 000 m3 Flaoting-Roof Tank

  • 摘要: 10 × 104m3浮顶油罐是我国当前最大的储油罐,已经在秦皇岛建成投产,这是从日本引进的项目。为了掌握大罐受载后的应力大小及其分布规律,为今后大罐的合理设计积累资料,对大罐进行了应力、应变实测; 并对实测资料作了分析。同时,提出了改进我国大罐设计的建议,以降低油罐大角缝区的峰值应力,增强大角缝区抵抗低周疲劳破坏的能力。

     

    Abstract: The 100 000 m3 oil tank, a project intruduced from Japan, has been put into oparation in Qing-Huang-Dao, which is the biggest one in China. To know the and distrbution of stress in it when loaded, and to collect data for oroper desing of such big tanks in the future, stress and stain in it are measured and analysed, which is followed by a proposal as to improving the design of big tanks in China in order to bring down the peak stress in large angle slit bonding area, making it stronger to withstand the low frequency fatigue damage.
