What's the Proper Value for Build Coefficient K1 in Calculation of Floating-Roof Tank Anti-Wind Stability

  • 摘要: 文章就浮顶油罐设计时的风力稳定计算公式中的K1取值问题, 对文献〔1〕提出了商榷。通过对浮顶油罐模型所作风洞试验的有关原理和受力分析后指出: K1值取1.5是不恰当的。。建议K1值的选取最大不超过1.0。对于小直径油罐可取为0.7。文末还指出K1值的这种取法与国外的同行取法相近。

     

    Abstract: The article challenges the literature conceraed on What's the proper value for build coefficient K1 in calculation of floating-roof tank anti-wind stability. Through analysis of the principle concerned and the load distribution obtained by tunnel test on a floating-roof tank model, it concludes that taking 1.5 for K1 value is not proper. It is recommended to take no more than 1.0 at most. For smaller tanks, it would by all right to take 0.7. It ends by pointing out the fact that such a value taken in this way is approximate to that taken abroad.
