Our Pipelines Should Undergo the Yielding Test

  • 摘要: 文章综述了管道屈服试验发展的经过、试验目的与意义; 在屈服试验中排除缺陷的机理; 讨论了此试验对管道变形、管材机械性能及消除焊接残余应力的影响, 介绍了其技术经济效益。最后对在国内采用屈服试验及许用工作应力的确定提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: The article deals in general with the process, purpose and significance of developing pipeline yielding test, the mechanism of overcoming defects in Such test, the impact of it upon the deformation of pipelines, the mechanical properties of piping and the elimination of residual stress as a result of welding, and finally the technical and economical efficiency. It ends by a auggestion that the yielding test be taken at home and how to determine the operating stress.
