  • 摘要: 韧脆转变温度是衡量材料低温韧性好坏的重要指标,当管道在钢材的韧脆转变温度以上使用时不会发生脆性破坏。文中论述了通过夏比V型缺口的冲击、DWTT及COD试验测定管材的韧脆转变温度,试图建立用小试样测得转变温度与全尺寸管的实际转变温度间的榈互关系。试验证实DWTT试验以75%~80%SA定义的转变温度与全尺寸管裂纹扩展转变温度相近。

     

    Abstract: The tough brittle transition temperature is an important target by which to judge whether the LT toughness of a material is good or not, which is immune to damage when pipelines used at a temperature higher than the tough brittle transition temperature of steel. The article discusses about the punch, DWTT and COD tests on V-shaped cut through which it is attemped to determine the tough brittle transition ternperature so as to set up the mutual relationship between the transition temperaturemeasured on a small sample and the actural whole scaled transition temperature. The tests prove that the transition temperature based on 75%—80% of as is closer to the whole scaled fracture extension transition temperature.
