Explosion Test of a Whole Scaled Pipeline and the Trasition Temperature

  • 摘要: 本文论述了带预制裂纹的全尺寸管在低温下的爆破试验可求得全尺寸管的韧性转变温度。试验过程中测定的裂纹开裂压力和爆破压力值与理论公式所计算值相近。全尺寸管道存在起裂和扩展两类韧脆转变湿度,起裂转变温度可根据断裂韧性随熛破温度的变化规律来确定,扩展转变温度一般用剪断口百分数所对应的温度来确定。

     

    Abstract: The tough-brittle transition temperature of whole scaledpipelines can be obtained through explosion test on such pipes with premade fractures at low temperature. In the process of test, the fracturing and explosion pressure values are approrimate to that worked out by the theoretical formaula. Whole scaled pipelines may have two kinds of transition temperature, one of starting fracture, the other of extension. The former is determined according to the changing law of f racture toughness in correspondance with explosion temperature. extension transition temperature is in general determined by the temperature corresponding with the percentage of shear fracture opening.
