沈北高凝原油特性

The Characteristics of Sheng-Bei High Pour Point Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 本文报据室内试验对沈北高凝原油的一般物性、粘温特性、流变特性和流动特性进行论述。提出—10原油和胜—10与安—74混合原油当混合比为9∶1~4 : 6,原油的粘温变化规律用μ=exp (A+B·t+C·t2)表示;安—74和混合油的混合比为8∶7~1∶9,混合原油粘变化规律用μ= A·exp(B/T)表示; 胜—10、安-74及混合油剪切应力与剪切速率的变化规律用R=R0+K·Drn表示。并建议在高于凝点5°℃以上温度输送沈北高凝原油; 对输送湿度较高和凝点较高的管道应保温,以减少热量损失和防止凝管事故的发生; 胜—10、安—74原油最佳混合比为8∶2, 应以此比例下输送。

     

    Abstract: The article discusses the physics, the mobility and the characteristics of T-V relation and theology of Shen-Bei high pour point crude oil based on the test in laboratory. It puts forward that the T-V relation of Sheng-10 well is shown by fodmula μ=exp(A+B·t+C·t2), the T-V relation of An-74 well is shown by formula μ=A·exp(B/T)and the shearing sress-rate of shear relation of Sben-Bei high ponr point crude oil is shown by formula R = Ro +K·Drn. It suggests that the temperature of transporting Shen-Bei high pour point crude oil by pipeline be 5 ℃ higher than the temperature of pour point. Such pipelines should be insulated to reduce heat lose andprevent accidents. Shen-10 and An-74 should be tranported at the optimum blending.rate of 8 : 2.
