装配式铝制内浮顶油罐油品蒸发损失的测试

Testing of Evaporation Losses of Oil Products in Internal Floating Roof Tanks Made of Aluminium Plate

  • 摘要: 装配式铝制内浮顶是新型结构,具有施工安全、方便、安装速度快及抗腐蚀性能圩等特点。为确定该内浮顶罐的降低油品蒸发损失效率,采用量气法测定其大呼吸时的蒸发损失量,'而小呼吸的损失则按炼油厂的实践积累的经验数据进行计算。测试结果表明,与同容量的拱顶油罐对比降耗率为96.3%。上海炼油厂的5 000m3汽油罐的实践数据,一年可减少蒸发损失为187, 88 t,折合人民币12.4万元。作者认为。该浮顶罐除具有重大的节能经济效益外,并可减少环境污染及提高操作安全性等社会效益,作为一项新型节能产品应得到大力推广使用。

     

    Abstract: The assembled aluminium internal floating-roof tank is of new structure which boasts of such characteristics as being safe in construction, easy to handle, fast to set up, good in corrosion protection and so on. The oil evaporation loss rate in this kind of tanks is determined by measuring gas at the time of major breath or making calculation using the empirical data accumulated in refineries, The measured results show that the loss reduction rate is 96.3% as compared with an arc-vault tank of the same capacity. The practical data of a 5, 000 m3 gassoline tank in Shanghai Refinery shows a that evaporation loss can be reduced by 187.88 tons, amounting to 124, 000 yuan in RMB. Besides economization of energy, the author claims, it is satistory for less enviroment pollution and greater safety in operation, for which it should be widely advocated and popularized.
