铁路轻油罐车单点自吸式上卸方案探讨

Exploration of the Upper Unloading Progranme with One Point Autosuction on Railway Light Oil Tank Cars

  • 摘要: 针对我国黄河中下游以南地区的油库占全国油库的60%,汽油却车量占轻油储量的80%;及该地区高温期长,当环境气温达到33℃~34℃时铁路罐车上卸汽油发生困难的状况。作者提出一种新的却油方式一单点自吸式卸油方案。它的特点是用一个鹤管依次逐个卸车,卸车鹤管端部自带潜油泵浸入车内进行抽油,并不受气温影响及不污染环境,减少了油品蒸发损耗,卸车时间可缩短; 工程一次投资费用可比多鹤管同时卸油方案节省40%,经营费用可节省93%。作者认为本方案可用于原有油库卸车台的改造; 对于容量小于10× 104m3、年周转量3 0×104m3的油库采用本方寰是可行的经济的。

     

    Abstract: The oil storages south of Yellow River's middle and down-stream ake up 60% of the total in China and there is handled the light oil covering 80% of the whole stroage of it.It is in a difficult state to load the tank cars with gassoline when the ambient temperature rises up to 33℃-84℃。Here in this article is presented a new unloading method-one point autosucktion。Its advantages lie in the fact that unloading is done one after another with a single arm having a submerged oil pump fixed at its top which pumps oil inside the tank car unaffected by the temperature around, There-fore the oil evaporation losses are reduced and unloading time shortened. The investment at one time will. be redueed by 40% in comparison with multi-loading arms, and managerial cost by 93%. It is concluded that it is feasible and economic to apply this method to the tank farm which the oil storages less than 10×104m3 in capacity and the turnover rate 30×104m3 per year.
