输油泵站电力变压器经济运行分析

The study of Economical Operation of the Power Transformer at Oil Pump Stations

  • 摘要: 根据输油工艺要求,输油泵站主泵常以单机组、双机组和三机组运行。鉴于70年代我国所建的输油泵站变电所多采用两台电力变压器供电。为了使电力变压器处在最佳运行状态,本文以生产运行数据为基础,分析了双机组、三机组运行时电力变压器不同的供电方式,计算其耗电量,从而找出最佳运行方式,为长输管道节能增加了效益。

     

    Abstract: Technologically, a pump station is often equiped with a single pump, double pumps or three pumps in operation. Considering that two power transformers installed at each pump station were prevailed in 1970s and to make power transformers be at the optimum state, the article, based on the operating data in production, makes a study of the different way to supply power on the part of transformers with double and three pumps in operation respectively, calculates power consumption, and eventually works out the optimum operating mode, making some contribution to energy economization in pipeline industry.
