Safety Design of Ring-Lock Blind for Damage and the Relevent Rapture Conteol Curve

  • 摘要: 本文根据疲劳裂纹扩展规律并结合我国的有关安全评定规范,推导了盲板的破损安全设计基本步骤,同时把控制管理的基本思想引入断裂安全评定之中,推导了不同类型的裂纹及其大小与构件疲劳寿命之间的关系,得到了便于工程应用的断裂控制管理曲线。除盲板外,本文对一般压力容器和管道的疲劳寿命设计仍然具有指导性意义。

     

    Abstract: The fatigue crack developing law followed in consideration of the safety estimation code concerned in our country contributes to the derivation of the initial blinds damage safety design proccdurcs, as it is pointed out in the article which makes use of the major conception of control management for rapture safety estimation, finds out the relationship between the types and sizes of various cracks and the fatigue duration of components, and works out the engineering applicable rapture control curve.In addition to blinds, it is somewhat instructive to the fatigue duration design of general pressure vessel and pipelines as well.
