Field Test on the Mobility Improver for Crude Oil on Zhong-Luo Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在原油中加入流动性改进剂,其目的在于改变蜡晶形态,降低蜡晶形成网络结构的温度和强度,从而降低原油凝固点和粘度,改善原油在低温下的流动性。文中详细介绍了在中洛输油管道上注入C-8361和C-8806改进剂的试验情况及降凝、降粘效果,并与室内试验结果相比较,认为中原原油中加入量为150ppm时经济效果较好。同时还指出改进剂的稳定性,原油热处理温度的选择及管道上设置清管设施的重要性。

     

    Abstract: By adding the mobility improver into crude oil, we are trying to reach the goal of changing the wax crystal form, reducing the temperature and strength of the wax crystal formation network, and thus bringing down the pour point and viscosity of crude oil and improving its mobility at low temperature. C-8361 and C-8806 improvers are dealt with in detail in regards to their respective experimental use on Zhong-Luo line and effects, and a comparison is made between the effects shown in the field and that in lab., which makes the author to conclude that 150ppm is the better quantity to be added so far as the crude oil in Zhong Yuan Oil Field is concerned. Also touched in it are the importance of the stability of the improver, selection of crude oil treatment temperature and the installation of pipe cleaning utilities along the pipeline.
