The Computer Monitoring and Data Processing System in the Crude Oil Friction Reducing Experiment

  • 摘要: 目前国内多是采用靠人工操作的减阻环道实验手段来研究进口或国产各种减阳剂的特性和规律。这种方法不仅费时费力,而且劳动强空大,人工读表、测量误差大,重复性也差,效果不理想。本文详细介绍了最近研制出的一套用于减阻实验环道上的计算机监控系统和效据处理系统的组成、软件设计及使用情况。实践证明该系统测量精度高、数据记录快选完善、节约能源,减轻了劳动强度,并有较高的自动化程度,在提高减阻剂实验研究水平方面发挥了重要作用。

     

    Abstract: The friction reducing loop experimental method dependant on maunal operation is mostly used now in China to cxamine the characteristics and regular prtterns of the various friction reducer either imported form abroad or procured at home. This method is not desirable, for it not only lakes tor much tine and effort, but it is quite fre quent with measuring errors and repetition, which has to be read personally.This article explains in detail the formation, soft-ware design and application of the set of the computer monitoring and data processing system latest developed for friction reducing experimental loop. It is proved by practice that this system is high in measuring precision, fast in data recording so that it saves energr, lighten labour intensiveness, and is of considerable automation, playing an important part in advancing the research on friction reducer.
