苏桥油田低温管路混输试验研究

Experiment on Pipelining of Blended Oil at Low Temperature in Su Qiao Oil Field

  • 摘要: 苏桥油田的原油通过在集输模拟试验装置上进行不同流量、不同含水、不同油气比和不同输送温度的投球清蜡试验中,找出了油、气、水混输的流动规律。即油气混合阻力系数“λ”与油气混合雷诺数“ReLg”之间关系。利用华北油气混输热力及水力计算公式计算出油井集输管路的热力和压力损失。计算结果表明:苏桥油田的集输管路采用泡沫塑料黄夹克保温防腐,埋地1米深,井口投球,单管低温不加热输送工艺流程较为合理。油井投产时井口最低温度达-26℃,计量站达-15℃,投产顺利,生产正常。苏桥油田实行低温不加热输送工艺流程,节约大量基建投资和能源,很有推广价值。

     

    Abstract: In the Su-Qiao Oilfield, the flow pattern for transporting mixed oil, gas and water has been found by the pigging test on the model testing faciliy with different flowrate, water containment, oil and gas ratio and tempreture for transportation. The relationship between the resistence parameter "λ" and Renords number "ReLg" for mixed oil, gas and water is also found. The thermal and pressure losses of gathering system for the oil wells have been calculated based on the thermal and hydranlic formula which are mormally used for mixed oil and gas transportation in the region of North China. The results of such calculation indicates: It is suitable for the gathering system of Su-Qiao oil wells to adopt such oil thansporting processes as protecting from corrosion and heat loss with plastic foam coating (yellow Jacket), burying one meter in depth and lauching pigs at wellhead in singbe line with low tempreture and nonheating. During the production of oil wells, the climate tempreture of wellhead Was -26℃ and the tempreture in the metering station was -15℃. As aresult, the production wao successful and operation was normal. The oil flow line system with low tempreture and nonheating method which are adopted by Su-Qiao Oilfield hare saved a mount of capital construction investment and lots of energy. So it is valuable to be popularized.
