Requirements on the Design of Buried Pipelines in Active Fire Areas and the Preventive Measures Concerned

  • 摘要: 埋地管道穿过活动断层区,如何保证管道不被破坏,这是设计中需要考虑的重要问题。通过对管材性能的分析。周考虑到地震荷载的几率轻低,故而允许管材进入弹塑性区。这样便由应力—应变关系式,导出了通过活动断层区内的管道是否需要加固的判别式。即视当断层错动引起的管道长度的变化ΔL≤ΔLs, (或ΔLc,压缩时管道允许的最大变化长度)时,管道可不作加圈处理; 当ΔL>ΔLs(或ΔLc)时,管道则需要采取抗震加固措施。文中还介绍了管道通过活动断层区的10条防护措施。

     

    Abstract: The important problem worth consideration in passing through the active fault areas is how to protect pipelines from damage. Considering the very low mechanical efficiency of seizmic load, pipe materials are admitted into the elastic zone. Therefore it is up to a stress-strain relational expression to induce a discriminant to determine if pipelines through an active fault area need to be strengthened, that is, the main decisive factors are ΔL representing the change of the length of a pipline and ΔL: the magnitude of extension; At ΔL≤ΔLt: (or ΔLc the limit length change permitted when pipelines are pressed), anti-seismic measures can be neglected in such areas. At ΔL>ΔLt, (ΔLc), there arises the necessity of aseismic enforcement. Also dealt with in the article are the 10 preventive measures necessary to take for pipelines in active fault areas.
