Precise Calculation and General Distribution of the Vertical Curves for Buried Pipelines

  • 摘要: 长输埋地管道随地形的起伏,形成了管道的立面转角。为保证管道的安全运营,转角处需布设坚曲线进行连接。以往管道坚曲线的布设、设计所采用的“圈形坚曲线测设表”及“输气干线设计手册”中推荐的方法,其计算值与实际值存在误差,不能保证所要求的精度。现根据切线支矩的理论,导出了布设竖曲线的精确计算公式。此式精度较高,可按要求取之,并适合各种竖曲线类型的计算。文中对以往所用方法存在误差的原因进行了分析,并介绍了精确公式的推导过程、计算方法及具体要求。可供长输管道线路设计、施工人员参考选用。

     

    Abstract: Creeping of long buried pipelines leads to the formation of vertical plane corner.lt is required to make vertical curve connection at the corner in order to assure safe operation of pipelines.The metbods followed previously to design the distribution of pipeline vertical curve were those as recommanded in"Circular Vertical Curve Distribution Table"and"Trunk Gas Line Design Manual", which could not guarantee the accuracy as required owing to the error existing between the calculated and the actural values, Here is now induced the precise formular for distribution of the vertical curves based on the tangen offset theme which is more accurate, able to take as required and fit for all kinds of such calculation. Pointing out the root where by to lead to errors by using the conventional method, it explains in detail the inductive process of the accurte formula calculation and requirement in practice, which are of referential value to the design personel engaged in pipeline engineering.
