The Heat Conducting Process in Heating Viscous Oil and Its Calculation with a Micro-Processor

  • 摘要: 在进行油库工艺设计时, 对油罐粘油加热必须进行设计计算。文章叙述了油罐粘油加热的传热过程及其设计计算的详细内容。由于工艺参数变量较多, 这些繁琐的计算在工程上常采用试算法, 这种方法不仅使计算重复而且计算过程很费时。本文编制了程序与框图, 采用APPLE-Ⅱ计算机进行这些计算, 它具有快速、准确、方便和通用的优点。最后, 以算例说明了微机的计算过程。

     

    Abstract: In technological design of tank farms, calculation has to de made in regards to heating viscous oil in tanks. The article deals with the heat conducting process of heated oil and detailed calculation. Because of a greater number of technological parameter variables, trail calculation is generally carried out to deal with it in engineering. which not only duplaicates the calculation processes, but also takes quite a long time. The article makes out a programme with frame diagram and put it into the Apple-Ⅱ computer for calculation, which is possessed of such advantages as being fast, accurate, convenient and common. In the end, examples are cited to show the calculation process by use of micro-computers.
