爆破振冲液化沉管法在输灰管(束)穿越黄河工程中的应用

  • 摘要: 在黄台电厂四期工程中, 输灰工作采用了管束方案; 输灰管(束)穿越黄河时采用了“爆破振冲液化沉管法”。文章简介了穿越工程的概况、管(束)的结构选型和结构计算。另外, 文中较详细地阐述了爆破振冲液化沉管法使输灰管(束)穿越黄河的具体内容及步骤。实践证明了输灰管(束)的结构设计是合理的、爆破振冲液化沉管法是完全适用于黄河中下游管道穿越工程的。该施工方法既保证了穿越黄河的设计埋深标准又可节省大量资金, 具有明显的经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Pipelines are used to carry cement in the 4th stage of Huang Tai Power Plant Project, in which the method to lay pipelines by vibration through explosion for ipeline crossing the Yellow River. The article gives a brief introduction to the crossing project, selection of pipeline configuration and calcualion. More space is given to the description of the concrete operation and steps taken in the project. Practice proves that cement pipeline configuration design is practical and such a method quite applicable for pipelines to cross tbe Yellow River at middle and lower reaches, which an not only secure thr designed cover depth as required but economize considerable investment as well, showing satisfactory economic efficiency.
