Caleulation of the Longitudinal Buried Elbows with Two Arms Symetrical to Each Other Affected by Rising Temp

  • 摘要: 文章在文献〔2〕提出的“弹性抗弯铰”模型代替弯头解析纵向弯头升温载荷计算的基础上, 应用纵横弯曲梁的理论, 解决了两臂对称埋地纵向弯头升温载荷下的热胀内力和位移计算问题。文末, 以φ720×8的长输油气管道为例, 说明了本文所提出的计算方法的全过程, 又把主要结果与文献〔4〕进行了比较, 并对文献〔4〕的计算模型提出了商榷。

     

    Abstract: The article, based on substitution of "elastic antibending twist" modle for analytical calculaion of longitudinal bending load owing to temperature rising, solves the problems is to calculation of internal expansion and displacement of the buried longitudinal elbows with two symmetrical arms with the rise of temperature.Finally, tanking φ720 × 8 oil and gas pipelines for examplcoit shows the whole process of calculation, making a comparison between the result and the literature(4), and brings up some questions as to calculation modle in the literature for further consideration.
