  • 摘要: 本文阐述了减阻剂注入泵组的技术性能和设计、使用要求,分别介绍了国产ZB型和美国康诺可公司的注入泵组的工艺流程, 同时也剖析了它们的结构特点。通过这两种注入泵组在濮-临输油管道上实际使用的效果及其获得的经济效益的比较、证明了国产ZB- 2型减阻剂注入泵组完全可以取代美国康诺可公司的产品。这不仅满足了国内输油生产的需要,也可当国家节省大量的外汇资金。

     

    Abstract: The friction reducer injection Pump is explianed in the article as to its techincal performances, design and applcation requirement, whcih lets us know respectively the technologicsl flow way of the ZB pump set made at home and those made by KANOK Corporation U.S.A.. Comparison has been made between the two kinds of pumps as they are put into use in Pu-Lin pipeline in their respective application result and economic efficiency, which shows that thome-made ZB-2 friction reducer pumps seta are able to be used to replace the same products made in U.S.A..This dose not only meet the needs of home oil transportation, but also save a lot of foreign currency.
