  • 摘要: 当前工业生产已大量使用电加热元件,势必造成用电量的紧张。文中从既满足生产工艺要求,又能节约电能着眼,对采用电加热元件加热的物休温度如何实施自动调节,提出了四种控制方法。在四种控制方法中采用XCT-19型动圈指示调节仪,组成元触点、输出为模似量电流信号的温度自动调节系统是先进的控制手段。该调节仪除输出信号是模似量电流外,还具有PID (比例、积分、微分)调节功能。使被电加热元件所加热物体的温度调节不再出现偏差,达到生产工艺所要求的控制值。并介绍了最近完成的环道试验室热循环水罐温度自动调节系统的组成和运行情况。

     

    Abstract: A great amount of heating elements being put into use nowadays in industrial production is inevitable to cause tension in power consumption. Aiming at both meeting the needs of production processes and economization of electic power, the article puts forward 4 methods as to how to regulate automatically the temperature of objects heated with heating elements. Of the four, the one, which uses XCT-19 mobile——coil indicating regulator to form an automnatic thermal——regulating system without contacts and transmitting analog signals, is the advanced means control, In addtion to output signals being analog quantitative current, the regulator boasts such functions as regulation of PID (proportion, integral, differential). In this way, no error will occur in thernol-regulatinn of the objects heated by electric heating elements.
