Abstract: The core of the output metering devices for oil products is the quantitative system indeluding flow meters. The article relates the model, characteristics and usage of the main equipment in the system, dealing as well the structure and scope of 5 types of oil products output measurement controling units and 4 methods to check such systems.As for seleetion of proper quantitative meter used in the system, the author claims that the electronic quantitative meter is superious over other meters in function which distinquishes itself in the way of making it possible to be in compact installation in controling rooms, easy for remote control and display concentrately, and ahle to provide dual control signals。Whichever method is to be taken for checking the metering units, consideration should be given to the agreement between the accuracy of the meter in use and that of the one being proved, which may very a little with the change of enviroment and time。Also suggested is that management hody, system and code for metering oil products established.
